Step 2) - Design To Budget
This step can end very quickly for some projects, but can also lend itself to a very long period of preparation depending on how comfortable one is with making decisions. The primary goal in this step will be too align your Financial Capability with the correct floor plan. We''ll focus on finding a plan that fits your project needs and the needs of the lot-location you've provided. You have the freedom to choose anywhere you wish to live and bank with any lender you want. If you need guidance through that part of the process, we can help. (key elements: your opinion, our time)
Step 3) - Approval
Project finalized and You/HTB sign contract = You approve. Lender reviews contract & plans with your budget and lot-location. Lender/You/HTB sign more contract = Project approved financially. HTB prepare's project outline with suppliers/engineers/sub-contractors. You prepare utilities for ready-use, water/electricity/drainage all directed and paid for by you to your lot-location. HTB meets with city/county/state to clear for construction, final review occurs, changes if necessary, we sign more paperwork = Project approved for construction. The job-site goes live & many long days of work later we hand over the keys. (key elements: your patience, our masterpiece)
