Yes, lot-location can be bundled in along side construction... You don't need to own a lot-location to build with us. You have the freedom to seek and acquire any lot, or piece of land, at whatever location you desire. We can build your project anywhere, and at your request we can help you find one too. HTB is not in the business of selling or financing any lot-locations or subdivisions.
2) How much will X project, with X sq-ft, and X design cost? What is avg sq-ft cost?
Yes, we provide estimations on a per project basis... All we need to answer your question accurately is a good understanding of the project specifications, floor plan design, and lot-location. Knowing who you are and deciding on a Design-Track for your project will also impact your cost. Most projects are satisfied with creating a custom floor plan and using our standard company finish, while others will require the attention to detail of interior and exterior designers to fully customize and satisfy every color, perspective, mood, feel, and desire.
3) Can I use my land, property, or lot-location? what if I'm still paying for it?
Yes, your ahead of the game... One of the main tasks is deciding a location and you already have that done, great job! If you own the lot-location then the value will prove useful to you when dealing with your lender of choice. If your still paying for it, then we'll have the lender bundle it in as normal for the remaining balance. You have the freedom to seek and acquire any lot, or piece of land, at whatever location you desire. We can build your anywhere.
4) Do you have floor plans that I can see? I dunno where to start, can you help?
Yes, our architects have plenty... We have everything you need to get started. All your ideas and plans, existing yet or not, are welcome to the table to help your Design-Track but by no means is it required. If you feel confused or don't see something you like, we'll keep organizing our plans until you do. That's what having the freedom for a custom plan feels like, that's what Hi Tec Builders is all about. Your full set of plans will be designed right here along with every modification to fit your ever changing project needs. Then after approval we'll build it from scratch right on your lot.
5) Do you have any "pre-built" projects or "spec-homes" for sale?
Most our homes are built within 4 months and all our projects are built and designed on a per-need basis for every client. Many are happy using a project already on the market, while others want us to provide them an idea of choice. You can't beat the comfort of selecting your plan and choosing a location to live instead of defaulting to an existing old or recently built option you know little about. Many designs, lots of ideas, and tons of plans to show off. Your Opinion + A Little Bit Of Patience = Your Dream Home.
6) Can you help me organize my Financial Capability? lender options?
Yes of course... We have experience dealing with many different lenders and we have seen how they treat our clients over the years. If you need help deciding, upon request we'll do our best to recommend a few decent directions to start your search. We do not engage in any "Owner Financing" or any financial agreements ourselves. You have the freedom to choose any lender you like and will use them to support your financial capability.
